Do you have unresolved, chronic health symptoms?
My commitment to you as a Nutritional Therapist.
Happy February! I am looking forward to the increase in longer evenings and lighter mornings, which means more time for outdoor walks and after school outdoor playtime with my children. I will continue to enjoy the winter vegetables that are still in season, including cauliflower, leeks and parsnips.
So, how was your January? It was a busy one for me! I saw many clients last month, and the one thing the majority of them had in common was that they’d been struggling with unresolved, chronic health symptoms for some time. They were struggling to find the answers to why, which was exhausting and affected their quality of life. If this sounds like you, then this is where I can support you.
Perhaps you have been experiencing ongoing, chronic health symptoms for a long time, such as digestive issues or hormonal symptoms. Perhaps you visited your GP and they referred you for some tests which came back “normal”, and then sent you on your way. So, you “Googled” your symptoms and researched strategies yourself to help you feel better. You might have found information on certain dietary and lifestyle changes you could make, including supplements. Maybe you tried some of them but they haven’t made a difference. You might have joined some Facebook groups or online forums to see what other advice you can find. You’re exhausted and stressed with all the research, and you don’t feel any better for it. Does any of this sound familiar?
The truth is “information is cheap”. You can go on Google or ChatGPT and find pages and pages of information about how diet and lifestyle changes could help you feel better. But the problem with this is, none of it is personalised. Google and ChatGPT don’t know YOU. They don’t understand how YOU feel. They don’t know about your health history, your current lifestyle, your family commitments, your work commitments, your likes and dislikes, or any other barriers you may have when it comes to implementing any potential diet and lifestyle changes. The internet doesn’t understand how the range of the symptoms you are experiencing may be connected at a deeper level, and how they could be rooted in a particular aspect of your lifestyle or history.
My Commitment to YOU
As your Nutritional Therapist, I will listen to YOU. I will take a comprehensive and personalised approach to your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Nutritional Therapy works well alongside standard medical care and is not a substitute or replacement. By working with you in this way I will help you:
Identify the root cause of your ongoing, chronic symptoms by getting to know you, and investigating what may be causing your health issues.
Focus on eating for long-term health. This will reduce the need for long-term medications and surgeries saving money, time and further poor health down the line.
Avoid wasting money on unnecessary “quick-fix” treatments and over-the-counter supplements. I will only recommend high-quality, specific supplements based on YOUR needs and health goals.
Reduce your food budget by focusing on nutrient-dense, cost-effective foods, and avoiding expensive, processed foods that may be cheaper in the short term but have long-term health costs.
By providing you with the knowledge and the tools to create lasting healthy habits.
I thrive on seeing my clients flourish so they can live their life to the fullest.
